On August 31st, we honored our 2022 Scholarship Award recipients at the Suffolk Credit Union Arena on the SCCC Grant Campus. This year’s Scholarship Program introduced an additional four scholarships, totaling nine opportunities for both new and continuing students. The scholarships are a result of an ongoing partnership between Suffolk Credit Union and the Suffolk County Community College Foundation. Award recipients were judged based upon their academic achievements, extracurricular and community activities as well as the quality of written essays.
This year’s academic scholarship opportunities totaled $37,550. Congratulations to all the recipients!
