To report your Suffolk Debit Mastercard lost or stolen, please call 866-774-2384, send a secure message in online banking, or visit your local branch.

For the safety of our members, we can only mail a Debit card to the address we already have on file. 

If you suspect any fraudulent activity on any of your accounts, please contact your Personal Banker as soon as possible and they will be glad to assist you with the necessary precautions.
