Looking Back at 2024  

Happy New Year!

As we begin 2025, I want to take a moment to reflect on the milestones we achieved together in 2024. Your trust and loyalty inspire us every day, and I’m proud of the progress we’ve made in enhancing your banking experience. 

Credit Card Upgrade

In November, we upgraded our credit cards to provide advanced security features and improved functionality to better serve your needs.  

Card Controls 

One of our most exciting 2024 innovations was the launch of Card Controls in online banking. Card Controls makes using your cards easier than ever. Now, you can do everything in one place, no matter where you are. We wanted to make card management a seamless process by adding the convenience of self-service options.  Now, you can easily manage travel plans before going on vacation. Additionally, you can reset your PIN, report lost or stolen cards, and lock your cards all on your own, so you can skip the phone call or trip to the bank. 

CreditScore+ 

To help you take charge of your financial health, we introduced CreditScore+, an intuitive feature in online and mobile banking. This tool allows you to monitor your credit score, calculate your debt-to-income ratio in real time, assess the impact of future financial decisions, and access detailed credit insights.
